You give a good deal of credence to whatever argument they want to have in that senerio. I fully understand your point, but the truth is the truth: Bitcoin just is, and there is no other to compete. That is fact. Having these full drawn out discussions on what is better lessons our credibility. At a certain point, the naive has to make their own way.
