One year ago, my health was a disaster. 😢
I could barely do one pull-up and could not bother to exercise or eat well. 👎
I decided to start practicing what I preach. No more excuses. ☝️
Proof of Work, mind and body, must be the way. 💪
I was 10kg too heavy, which hindered every aspect of my life — very precisely, my passion: bouldering. Imagine climbing an inclined wall with 10kg extra strapped to your waist.
Yeah, no. 😅
But being able to compete in an obscure sport was not enough.
I needed peers. 🤝

Another friend and peer is Riku, who dragged me out of my man cave to incorporate regular exercise into my “too busy” schedule — something I have never done. Now I exercise 5x a week. Jungle gym, sometimes bouldering. Thanks for holding me to it, mate!
I am now 3kg away from my target weight, can do nine pull-ups, and did not place last in a bouldering competition like the year before. I have a long way to go, but I can’t ignore the results!

Getting ”exposure” to #bitcoin via ETF is pretty much the same as getting exposure to sex by watching a stranger pleasure your wife.
Nothing is more expensive than integrity. That’s why most don’t have it.
Listen up. #Bitcoin is not scarce (for the majority). Let me explain...
Bitcoin will likely not be scarce to most individuals because they won't care if a custodian holds it or if they have control of their keys. This will keep real bitcoin price suppressed.
In this scenario, those who value self-custody can accumulate #bitcoin at a discount while the ignorant majority engages in a game of musical chairs.
The situation won't be much different from the current fiat system, except for one crucial aspect: the possibility to opt out. Bitcoin offers an alternative for those who want to escape the traditional financial system.
Most people will never care how their money operates, just like they don't care about the inner workings of #TikTok videos. Bitcoin's value will rise, but it's mostly due to being denominated in inflationary fiat.
If you're worried about missing out on #bitcoin before it "moons," don't be. Its rise will likely be driven by hyperinflating fiat currency rather than an immediate adoption of bitcoin.
We're unlikely to witness hyperbitcoinization during our lifetimes. So, take a breath and remember that bitcoin's path to widespread adoption will be extremely gradual.
Bitcoin's true value lies in its potential to disrupt the existing financial system, offering more control, security, and autonomy to individuals. It's not just about price speculation.
Don't get caught up in the hype of #bitcoin "mooning." Focus on understanding its long-term potential and how it can fit into your financial strategy.
