汇率的变动机制是什么？
1、汇率就是不同国家货币之间兑换的价格或比率。
之所以需要外汇，是需要用外国的钱买外国的好东西。
2、影响汇率的三个因素
1）贸易。贸易顺差—货币升值—汇率高；贸易逆差反之。顺和逆在自由市场的调节下互为变动。
2）利率。利率高——货币升值——汇率高。
3）通货膨胀率。膨胀率高——货币贬值——汇率低
以俄罗斯为例，即使货币利率高，也没人去赚逆差，因为通货膨胀率高，不划算。
3、人们对于一个国家的货币需求越旺盛，这个国家的汇率便会越高。比如美国
