If a group or a few individuals stalk a targed subject and get the exact reaction that someone being stalked should have and the stalkers end up dead who's at fault? This is a extreme targeted harassment case scenario take in mind the stalking victim has moved multiple times to different states changed phone numbers and addresses and the stalkers are stealing the identities of this one family memeber the entire time... Death sentence to the stalkers?

I vote death slow painful agniosing death to the stalker groups and people like that...
