Sending a friend a river link of $50 worth of btc and telling them to set up a small recurring buy has been my most successful strategy of introducing people to bitcoin. It’s low effort for them, they get $50, and they are DCAing. Probably 90% success rate so far

That 5 year fixed mortgage is going to be so painful. I guess part of the problem is that in the US all refinanced at low interest rates and now will never move because they can’t afford to, but their current mortgage is super cheap.
