I hear ya. Yesterday my husband and I were cleaning out the garage. I grabbed an empty box to toss and he freaked out and said he needed it. So I started giggling. And asked why. He said it was a really nice box and he might need it for something. I had to laugh hysterically. Which made him laugh. And he said oh no I am becoming my father.

Yes. I do cheat. I am human and far from perfect. But I try not to. It usually messes me up and I have learned my body will be very upset with carbs.

If I stick with high fat and some decent amount of protein I am not usually hungry and my body responds very well to it

I personally try to eat between 1 and 4 in the afternoon

If I eat too early in the day I am tempted to snack in the evening. Most of the time not even hungry just feeling snacky

I love the OMAD

I am carnivore omad and it makes a huge difference in my hunger level (hangry) if I cheat and have carbs or do not. I am much more irritable and hungry if I had carbs the day before.

I have lots of regrets and would do things differently if I had not been lied to by the healthcare system. All 3 kids were “vaccinated “ according to the recommendations. They are all adults now.

If you do choose to get the shots or some of the shots please make sure they are separated and do not give combination shots or multiple shots at a visit. Do your own research and question everything.

There is a book by a dr out on the west coast. He is pro shot but has a very specific schedule and explains why. It is called the vaccine friendly plan
