The Two Wheels: Fiat vs. Bitcoin

As I get closer to returning to the rat race after Achilles surgery, I’ve been reflecting on what it means to step back onto the wheel. It reminds me of a simple truth:

Most people are stuck running on a fiat wheel—one that speeds up endlessly, demanding more hours, more effort, just to keep up. If you don’t, you fall behind. Your buying power erodes. Your health, family, and time take a backseat to inflation and monetary debasement.

Then there’s Bitcoin’s wheel—a separate, independent system that doesn’t require running faster, just running smarter. It’s a wheel governed by an algorithm, not by ever-changing rules designed to extract more from you. On this wheel, I can slow down, breathe, and steadily build generational wealth—without sacrificing the things that truly matter.
