My problem with turkey is that it’s such a needy ass meat, prep wise, for what amounts to just a decent meal.

The diva of meats if you will. You can’t just chuck it in the oven. Oh no, you need to massage it down with brine and whisper sweet nothings to it, or deep fry it or smoke it or whatever crazy shit you might do.

I’m getting a badass steak this Thanksgiving to go along with the bird. You buy a good steak, you chuck some salt on it, and it’s infinitely better.

I took my little boy to "school" this morning. Last night he was asking when he can go again and see his friends.
