That's neat! But thankfully my people do exist! I used to be a big AI art guru and still dabble when I feel "creative" or get inspiration from somewhere and I post a LOT about ADHD and social media networks in the way of open protocols like this and ActivityPub.
I do enjoy Nostr so far. It's really neat and similar to Fediverse in many ways. However, it's more like what BlueSky WISHES it could be.
Here, you own your private key. That's your account and nobody can take it away from you unless you're terribly careless with your key. Your content is "federated" (to use a term Fediverse users are familiar with) SPECIFICALLY by using relays. You can use a few or you can use MANY. There are also PAID relays that have more moderation or features I would guess.
You can get "banned" from a relay. But then you can just use another...
It's very "freeing" in my opinion.
I don't really *care* about the Bitcoin, but I don't *mind* it, since it's here, ill use it.
However, Jack is here and I don't like that, but apparently neither do a LOT of folks. He's getting reamed right now. 😂🤦♂️
Overall, it's pretty cool so far, but I have still MUCH to learn about the platform and I will continue to gradually learn and adapt to the differences.
I AM glad there's a bridge so that I can speak to my followers there, from here and let them experience it superficially!👋Hi Fedi!!!

They are actually not on Nostr! They're on the Fediverse! There's a bridge to Nostr that they're seeing this from. I have a small following there.
I'm glad we all experienced the same feeling🤣 I wish Mastodon would figure out separating the tag from the post, so it wouldn't look so ridiculous, but here we are.
My goal was to see if any of my content there would be considered "zap worthy" here. Not that it matters all that much. I've been there for a year and just like interaction for the most part. I just thought it'd be a neat experiment to see what gets popular here besides crypto.👍
I have a few that follow me on both accounts. They found me there and that started my Nostr journey. Now I'm getting "millionths" of Bitcoin every now and then.🤣I have like .10 now! 😝😝
