It's not the same. Primal just allows to see someone's feed. Nostrudel will actually add a read-only account where you can be "logged-in" as that person and see everything read only.

This is what happens when a client is using cached contactLists and doesn't bother to refresh it when user click "follow" on some new user and it just writes it's OLD cached version of contact list. !&#!*#%!&*^# Thanks to https://metadata.nostr.com for restore function.
