My Crohn’s disease is in remission! Just got my poop test results. My Calprotectin levels dropped from almost 300 in December, to the lowest discernible now. Hallelujah!

I can have cooked vegetables now, before I could only have them in juice. But I still enjoy my parsley-celery-spinach-ginger-kiwi juices!

Oh I am juicing all of them, removing the insoluble fiber. I have been able to have juice throughout my disease, in fact Crohn’s forced me to get a good juicer which paradoxically vastly increased my intake of fresh fruits. My drug infusions are working also so I am eating a lot more solid foods now, but the fruits I am drinking.
