Go figure on my last shift at the foundry before my week off I have my very first crane accident pulling an ingot out of the pit after we finished casting it. Meant to go North and hit the west paddle on the crane box and hit one of the furnaces with a 27,000 lb ingot 😖
Thankfully since I've had a flawless safety track record at my job and nothing got seriously damaged I didn't get any disciplinary actions out of it but God damn my nerves are jittered out right now. 5 hours left before I can go home and pour myself a glass of scotch
