Since getting a job as a data scientist/engineer I have lived an EXTREMELY sedentary lifestyle due to WFH. My constant hypochondria got the best of my yesterday so I made a decision with myself that I’ll start going back to the gym - in order to lower my BP. Today was my first day back in probably 4 years. I walked on the treadmill with 10 degree incline at 3.5 MPH for 2.5 miles. Felt fucking great!! I just wanted to share some good news, might not sound like much to some but I’m proud of myself for this. 😬🙏🏼🧡 #plebchain #Bitcoin

I love #Bitcoin but man there are some DUMB Bitcoiners out there. I fear it’s this population of plebs that is holding #Bitcoin back.
