Damn i still struggle to talk to family members about btc. A part of me wants to sit them all down and have a btc meeting to make them see what we bitcoiners see. Another part of me feels like giving up on them all. All i get is either blank stares or the attitude of "Its just another fad." I think i'm done with it.

Today I made a family steak recipe for the first time on my own. Yum, nostalgia 💖

I also copycatted Rocklands’ (a local barbecue place) awesome cucumber salad and like mine even more 💪

Steak Caroline:

Marinade:

1/2 c each red wine vinegar, olive oil, ketchup

1 tsp each salt, black pepper

1.5 cloves crushed garlic (who am I kidding, I used half a head of garlic)

Marinate a London broil (it’s also great with skirt steak if you have an actual grill) 12+ hours

Pour off the marinade and boil it to sterilize

Pat the steak dry and cook it, basting it as needed (I did cast iron pan but it’s meant for grill)

Cucumber salad:

2 cucumbers, 1/2 lg red onion, leaves of 1 oz of mint cut into fine ribbons, 1/2 head of crushed garlic, roughly equal amounts red wine vinegar and olive oil , black pepper, green hot pepper flakes
