This works better. It shows depth and uses the horizontal space.

My-o-my, how we get stuck in our own swamp. I've insisted on a box that acts as title, description, and key at the bottom;however, most screens have a surplus of horizontal space, particularly for graphs. It makes more sense to stick a path-stack and notes on the left, with narrative on the bottom.

There is an interesting schism in the #collapse #doomer social media world. Somebody who considers themselves a black hat doomer sees the world something like the bus scene in Sid and Nancy. Any perceived form of hope or seeding a better future is like the "i wanna job" guy.

When I do get to my demo, after defining 🚫 and 🚷 (no schema and no identity), it gets a bit weird. It is "no" schema, because it facilitates collaboration without a focus on identity, or even a focus on protocol, yet protects from the #highwayman problem. I also run nonic.org.

I swear... most are converging. It may be that I am in my own cherry picked echo chamber. I'll allow that; however, all I have is the tools at critical thinking I was given, and I'm doing my best. Anyway... back to my recent project/focus, but I'll add #RichardHeinberg to my list.

I published 🚫. It is a stripped down data schema based on #nostr NIP-01. I will build apps for knowledge graph collaboration based on this. It is extensible to almost anything out there, it is so simple. My first app will use an #MQTT broker as a relay with just local web browser storage.

This is one of those things that I wrote as an exploration. It includes the relation of Red Headed Stranger. Exploration pieces like this come from something slightly deeper, between unconscious mind/dreams and regular monkey mind day-to-day cognition. It takes awhile to percolate.

Some imagine progress as a world where you purchase water via bitcoin and a phone. Has anybody seen the movie Red Headed Stranger with Willie Nelson? https://njump.me/nevent1qvzqqqqqqypzqvdsg9jj50ngp398sah85y48kamj9q46zds5c5nae8xcvaz8fj6nqqs2xdqfknhx0smrgg97evvgpjqucq8vfw7cam8jz4pu505psn844hqa8luv8

GM Remember that bit in The Burbs where Tom Hanks declares that he is going into that house and not coming out before he finds a dead body? Well, I'm going in to several related projects and not coming out until I have working multi-level, navigable graphs with narrative, notes and paths embedded.

Another #OfflineCapable #LocalFirst hack is to use ESM so you can import locally using the same source that pushes out the NPM published modules. For instance:

```
//import { model_to_dots } from "text-model-dot";
import { model_to_dots } from "../text-model-dot.js";
```

Test your whole toolchain.

For those that want to be able to build knowledge tools offline, MDN/yari is an excellent resource. I can't understate it. Make sure you test your local instance by going offline. While you're at it, install GPT4ALL with a few models to use. Think of it as the offline Wikipedia Reader's Digest.

GM (Which is a strange convention, as this is global. What it really means is "I greet y'all from my timezone, and I'm drinking coffee or similar morning ritual, and use Engl/German abbr.) My three feeds have a different emergent energy. Today the nostr energy is like:

Almost all of my recent code runs just in the browser. Cloud, admins, servers not required. True, for data work with storage and transfer I run #deno on the client machine, but we can do some pretty amazing things with just a browser and local storage (which saves data on the client machine).

This looks like a good option to create #nostr sigs using JavaScript.

Followed back. I just do fiat money, so no wallet, but maybe I'll learn something from your feed. I'm on nostr because of the the fully distributed identity features. (Well, that, and Henry Story of WebID fame got me interested in nostr a couple years ago.)

Well, time for my social media identity to stop posting my opinion about how we stress opinions and identities in knowledge graphs too much, and get back to focusing on what I can contribute by creating tools that facilitate local knowledge graphs for tactical crisis response with minimal identity.

We could build graphs to collaborate on knowledge in a way that was gentle on network traffic and resources if we abandoned the need to constantly be an identity in the knowledge graph with our associated opinions. https://www.buffalo.edu/cas/philosophy/faculty/faculty_directory/smith-b.html

While I think we put too much stock in identity, and our social graph of opinions and outrage, identity does have important aspects when contributing. We need to gauge intention and value, and there are bad actors and garbage contributions.

The problematic requirement across many domains is our insistence on identity, as though establishing our opinion means more than collaborating on knowledge or action. Does it matter what lab or PhD contributed to the Human Genome project? No. Does it matter who I am? No. Contribution matters.

Anybody remember trying to load a profile with #WebID when tbl actually had a fairly filled out one? It took forever. This is a similar problem to #nostr profiles if you build the graph locally. The fediverse pushes that out to the instance, which works better, but a centralized graph is fastest.

My perceived agent has a minor bit of free will, but mostly I'm running under the illusion of free will. I suspect that I can get to the end result, the eventual choice, quicker, primarily by quieting the monkey mind.
