Switched from fdroid to googleplay version of amethyst to get notifications and translations.
I was seeing lots of error messages like this in my #strfry log files.
relay strfry[380]: 2023-08-11 10:38:22.717 ( 587.060s) [ReqMonitor 1 ]INFO| sending error to [16]: too many concurrent REQs
I think it was due to using a #Primal instance.
So I increased the amount of connections ( maxSubsPerConnection ) from the default of 20 to 50 , then 100, then 200.
Seems to have fixed it , or at least kicked the can further down the road.
Morning Walk in a thunderstorm.
Hoping not to get Zapped IRL.

In this episode I share my excitement about the Jade/Green wallets, Umbrel node and Nostr communities. If you could interview your favorite bitcoiner, who would it be and what would you ask? Artwork by nostr:npub1p3hc2ns5vv2he2stusfms783wt34r7n79dk97ws8jz6yknn87qrqhyz089

Thank you!
First Coffee of the day.
Morning everyone.

OK.
I did a one-time code login.
Got the QR code.
Used another device to photograph that.
Displayed QR code photo on other device.
Switched back to Amethyst on original device.
Chose QR code rather than Alby icon in zap long-press screen.
Scanned QR code and three fields were correctly populated.
Zapped you successfully.

Now, when I try to login using my phone browser I get this message.
Please try again later or contact support@getalby.com for help. (error: T1)
I switched from the the f-droid version to the play store version and back , and am going through the same puzzle.

Imagine paying 80% tax to your local warlord just to travel 3x quicker.
No thanks.
I'll be #cycling, #stacksats and #stacksteps.
Happy 808 Day!
8080808 (808 Day 2023)
129 BPM
An old school electro beat (think Bambaataa, Cybotron, Egyptian Lover, Jonzun Crew) with screaming, distorted acid. What's not to love?
Thanks to The Roland Corporation for creating the TR-808.

Yes. I was surprised at how little resources the container needed.
I took it down to just 1 Gb of memory at one point, but it needed about 4 Gb to compile from source.
How are you finding #strfry ?
Do you stream to other relays ?
