Diet and exercise. I didn’t start animal based/carnivore but it definitely helped and was a good fit for me.
It didn’t happen overnight, but the deeper into bitcoin I got this weird thing started happening.
I STARTED CARING ABOUT MY SELF MORE.
I was finally seeing a FUTURE. I saw I was capable of being a better version of me.
If I believed in bitcoin and I wanted to maximize my stack, I had to maximize my ability to stack. If I wanted to enjoy the value of my stored labor later in life, I should maximize my ability to stack.
