My girls, my wife and 2 daughters are my life. I say this not for validation, i am supremely fortunate. I say this because we all need to assist each other. I am older. 56. But i have the strength of a 25 year old, mentally and physically until i guess i don’t. That is life. Recently i have met others i have known over the years and they have capitulated and their strength has been withered by decisions. Use critical thought please, I really suggest this strongly. Life is a test, be your best as much as possible 🤙
Always trust your gut. My gut tells me I’m ok. I stack sats, I love my family, I sense the dichotomy of the ‘current thing’. Anyone younger I hope you feel the same. If not my advice is to just let go of it all, stack sats, trust yourself, know you are right wherever you are at, and move forward from there. Be kind to yourself.
