What if it stays in the blockchain & doesn’t come back out into fiat currency?

It is imperative the USD implodes. All around the world we need to reduce its magnetism of being the reserve currency, so that countries closer to the printer are not wealthier purely based on that, but based on value provided. This will disincentivise mass migration & dept fiat currency

I would think it may create vulnerabilities, cracked seed phrases? If double hashed, presuming even if they broke the SHA-256 hash function the RIPEMD-160 would make it extra hard? Is this correct
