Yeah, I get that. I just hate that I’m 28 and just now differentiating between how I actually feel and how I should feel to make whatever situation easier. I know that’s not how it works I guess I’ve just been ungenuine to myself a lot more than I notice.
I hate that I am incapable of giving a name to my emotions while they’re happening. It’s like I have to sit and process for what feels like hours before I’m able to put my finger on anything other than “Am I am feeling bad or good”. It’s so hard to differentiate from there. 🥲😩
