Indeed. The solution is a great reset in government. Out with all the old and hopefully some new ones who know that the role of government is just to protect unalienable rights of its citizens and to protect the country against enemies and nothing more. A small limited government that only raise the taxes it needs to do this fundamental job and nothing more. Other countries have to do the same and if they can't, then they are not worth to be a country in the first place. No more playing santa claus and spend tax payers money to start wars, to aid because they started that war or just for their insane hobby's like climate crisis bs.
