pero cuando copias algo no le estas quitando nada a la otra persona, por lo tanto no existe un problema.
pero si esa persona le pone copyright a su informacion entonces nadie puede copiar porque sino te las ves con el estado, entonces el estado esta restringiendo artificialmente algo que en realidad no esta limitado, se genera un monopolio artificial sobre un producto que restringe lo que las personas pueden hacer con el.
Mucha gente querria hacer un crossover de Star Trek y Star Wars, pero no se peude porque existe el copyright y si no compras los derechos (que tienen un precio arbitrariamente caro) te denuncian y te las tenes que ver con el estado.
Todo eso es creatividad perdida, salimos perdiendo todos con la propiedad intelectual.

With all the Ordinals/Inscriptions polemic the flaws of segwit come to light.
I understand that with segwit discount removal the incentive to decrease the UTXO set disappear but currently the UTXO set is increasing and only weight about 5 GB
I dont think this compensate the unfairness of upload a dick pic with a 75% discount.
Also i understand the malleability problem but if my knowledge is right this problem is ECDSA based and thanks to taproot upgrade we started to use schnorr signatures so the malleability problem is not an issue anymore.
So the segwit discount becomes even more unnecesary.
I dont care about the ordinals, i think that in a permisionless network everybody can upload the info that want if pay the price, my problem is there is some data that gets 75% discount and thats unfair.
