Update on my upcoming insurance premium increase. We called the insurance company to ask why there was such a jump, especially since the cars are now all 1 year older. The theft thing plays into it slightly, but they said it was an across the board increase that was a result of the economy, prices going up, replacement costs going up, etc. so while we were free to shop around, essentially all the insurance companies are raising their rates, at least in my area. That’s Bidenomics at work!
