Same here. I have been an on-chain maxi since I got into bitcoin. But nostr and a few other apps have really started to change my perspective.

I’m running an air gapped coldcard now and turn up 2 new wallets. They have passwords and passphrases. I will also start deleting them from the machine after use. The BTC I spend lives in small amounts on my phone. Otherwise it never moves. So i don’t need them to remain live on my computer.

I have a dedicated machine for my wallet now. Yes, the wallet was created offline and will NEVER be online. I’m going to reformat the compromises machine anyways just in case who ever it is can’t attack anything else.
