People don't seem to care that governments are openly funding and planning to build a complete AI surveillance system around us while selling it as "protecting minors" or "fighting climate change" or "hate-speech".
In the US it will come via the right and in countries like the UK and Spain, via the left. When they are driven by the same goals and go to the same meetings, it doesn't matter which side they fall on.
