In the time I’ve been involved in Bitcoin, he’s never been humble.
I can’t speak to him personally, but a lot of the “wealthy influencer” types don’t like it here because they struggle to get the traction and attention that they can get on 𝕏.
I believe he was one of the louder anti-nostr voices a year or so ago when people started coming here en masse.
