The Venn diagram of growing + maintaining social media success/engagement and mental illness appears to have a large overlap for most… Mental health sacrifice, to put it a different way. Being a celebrity is probably 1 of few exceptions because their received engagement is often virtually effortless.

Maybe it’s less terrible here where you’re not swimming against a quicksand algorithm.
