I take it more as he is talking about the hypocrisy of those systems that arenβt helping either side. The people who have no food at all have no access to those services and those that have access to those services abuse them. I personally know people who get thousands a month in food stamps so they buy junk food and throw away/waste food because next month they have thousands more.
