what is it? i use amethyst and iris.to
who looks after the networks? I run my own node. developers encourage people to custody their own keys and run their own nodes. I don't think the court knows what the heck Bitcoin is.
#[0] wazzup jack
https://nips.be/2 has basically that in it already -- the petname stuff. It was implemented a long time ago, but no one bothered again since that time.
zero verification in there
1. yes, and 2. seller would quickly lose trust/reputation as soon as it got out
#[0] pubkey WOT verification protocol for a DISTRIBUTED PURPLE CHECKMARK!:
Suppose i know someone IRL and want to verify them in-person, to be damn sure i'm not talking to an imposter.
Especially important when i'm paying them!
1. Bob render a hash-of-pubkey(NPUBALICE?) mapped to bip39 words
2. Alice does the same for her own NPUBALICE!
3. Bob calls them up or visit Alice in person
4. Alice reads her NPUBALICE! words out loud
5. If they match, I can optionally sign a message "I verified that Alice is really NPUBALICE" (no more question mark!)
Now everyone that trusts I'm not a liar can also, at 1 level removed, trust that Alice is NPUBALICE
Clients can allow you to specify levels of trust and depth of trust.
This feature is going to be awesome.
Search for any Nostr user directly within Kollider Wallet, see their profile info, and pay them directly if they have a Lightning Address set up.

using nostr as an identity mapping tool is a beast of a feature
lightning wallets, bitcoin wallets, etc.
#[0] should steal more code from #[1] or they should at least share a js backend lib
- great generic backend lib to deal with relay discovery
- great generic frontend lib to deal with inbound and outbound event parsing / handling / triggering stuff
combining efforts at a lib layer is gonna accelerate this space even more
#[2] tagging works pretty well (at sign does a contact lookup, drops an npub)
edit images: https://fengyuanchen.github.io/cropperjs/
cropping is enough for now!
I just post pictures of ostriches and it seems to work

It's only helpful when they show up to do an audit
I paid every year and then one year the IRS actually audited me and TurboTax actually covered my ass
if amethyst and iris allowed me to edit my images and tag people easier it would be a big help 🌺🌺🌺
"multifactor encryption"
atakama.com
i just went on twitter to ask some people for their npubs
