Day 20/31 Got sick last night and been down most of the day. Did get 3 20 minute treadmill walks. I'm hopeful I'm back to 70/80% tomorrow. Been on a good groove. #31days

Yesterday was the first day my wife and I were able to take the kids to bookstore for a reading date altogether where the kids could both kind of read on their own. Long time coming but it was so great
