"If you've never lost your mind, then you've never been free,

For following your heart, is where the wild things be.

In the depths of passion, lies a madness so true,

A surrender to emotions, that only the heart can do.

To chase your dreams, to follow your soul,

Is to risk losing control, and making yourself whole.

For in the unknown, lies a beauty so rare,

A chance to discover, the secrets you've yet to share.

So let your heart lead, and your mind will follow,

For in the madness of love, lies a wisdom to hollow.

And if you've never lost your mind, then you've never lived,

For following your heart, is where the true magic is given."

Shoot your bad habits, before they shoot you.

Highly toxic energy can build up in many environments, including your own home. If you or anyone in your household has been sick, stressed, or depressed it’s even more important to clear. I hope you’ll be inspired to create a practice of clearing your own home regularly.

The second reason is so you will take steps to shield yourself energetically every day and reinforce that shield when entering places like hospitals, shopping malls, or even concert halls and bars. Wherever people congregate, there will be collective energy in that space. Often it contains energy you’d rather not be picking up on and feeling.

Before clearing any space, clear your own energy. Just as you regularly cleanse your body, it’s important to cleanse the funky, gunky energy that’s in your field. Some of it will invariantly be yours from your own stress, illness, or painful emotions. Some will be what you’ve picked up from other people and places. Think of it as energy hygiene. I clear myself in the morning and at the end of each day.

You're going to meet

people in your life that can't see you. They can't see your love. They can't see your light. They can't see your intellect. You are on different frequencies. They can only see flesh. Spirit is foreign to them.

They can't see you because they aren't suppose to.
