Additionally, don’t expect a big dump on the exchanges, the people that are part of the MtGox bankruptcy are the first that learned the hard lesson that exchanges simply cannot be trusted with your bitcoin. Expect most of the settlement (that comes in the form of bitcoin) to go into cold storage and be traded with people directly.
