Something I Must be straightforward
You All can plan whatever in your mind that beyond what I can intervene, BUT there are a few preconditions have to be illustrated clearly before hand, I don’t like wasting anyone’s effort or time besides my owns.
1. I must have enough daily rest as routine, you ALL know my health situation. Besides, my brain won’t function well when it gets exhausted.
2. I must have the right to walk away from things that beyond my capability rather than being tightened to it even while it’s against my principle.
a.Am not smart enough to figure anything out if People Intentionally hide something behind which is/are evil. Eg. Cunt Shradha Sharma, how many of you lost money because of her evilly personal interest?! Not even mention the hurt to me.
b. Since Avoiding Conflicts and potential inappropriate personal interests gains are red lines to be breached, I have to be able to protect myself IN CASE be set up for any cases.

Reviewing historically successful business in China, the first and most company come to my mind is Fuyao Group. Other than that I barely see any other company can compete in traits as mentioned in those 4 (including my newly adding up one)
If you have to pick one business in aspect of Tech, I would only say Maybe TikTok, that’s the only one Chinese originally invented that so far at some point defended its western competitors basing on its popularity among different group at demographic spectrum.

“Laurapace Consultant” Story
My English name is Laura and I feel comfortable of doing work at my own pace, due to interesting experiences I had from a couple years in office. That’s where the name of Laurapace comes from.
For every job I did previously, one of the major lessons I learnt is goodwill and hardworking can hardly 100% guarantee satisfactory results eventually as expected. A success of a business depends on teamwork rather than individual effort, expertise or whatever special skills possessed by one single person. Wherever people gather as a group, a kind of culture shaped gradually due to its characteristics (business category, structure, role in general society, etc.) and it’s hard to be changed once it’s done after years of accumulation.
The reason I like the concept of “consultant” is its differentiated role of being supportive at outlining the structural issues or problems for people to look into Hopefully while minimizing potential damage caused by consultant itself. Simply put it, a same resolution can be operated in different ways depending on the acceptance and understanding of it by people who are going to apply it in their own preferable way. That’s where culture weighs in. The culture of a company (at scale) shared not only by its top management, general employees but also its shareholders. I assume that’s why some good leaders accomplished great results in one company but failed to continue his/her success in another one.
If I am going to start a career, I wish I can do it as the last one I choose with passion and dedication to do it better and better for good.

As an emotional nerd, there is another thing I’d like to share now.🤦♀️😂
I don’t think myself as a good responsive partner for love, Always being slower at pace. But what I learned from this Impossible love (contributed by 🦃 😂) is that sometimes selective letting go is a better way of treating and loving myself.
Honestly I don’t know where it would go for this love, (not even mention all these nonsense hell experiences incurred by that shitty knucklehead and his shitty romantic records 🔪), but his efforts of assuring his existence around indeed brings a shred of comfort while he already recognized and admitted his mistakes publicly.
I don’t know how long i can live, but I do hope when the time comes I can peacefully tell myself that there is no regrets in my life. ❤️

Personal anecdote sharing and rumblings
In general as fact I lost huge amount of money (compared to MINE situation) in stock trading as a rookie. However, as a completely rookie started from learning essential Daily trading indicators, a record of 40/200 (loss Vs gain) in trading frequency during a period of roughly one year, it should be not bad I assume. (Don’t remember the exact number if you expect 100% accuracy🤦♀️)
Beside learning the dynamic of stock market (A share), I focused more on business itself (intrinsic potential). Therefore, I don’t think I have any nerve to comment on stock market, but purely on business potentials and models, though i do understand the existence of Zombie firms. (水至清则无鱼)
While slow pace of economic growth as a positive expectation, I like focusing on how to benefit more so that together to solve issues that faced by most.
Needless me to bullshit any more about interest rate or inflation, but how to support regular people like me to lead a comparatively OK lifestyle.
Lowing the cost in general while hopefully global economy as a whole keeps moving forward instead of backward. Transformation at industrial level is necessary.
As a Chinese I assume it’s more suitable for me to share a piece. Although China still needs exportation as a part of its economic growth (because of its domestic increasing demand for Quality goods at the sideline), its technological advancement Comparatively offers its a role of teaming up with neighboring regions for purpose of lowing cost at consumer ends. For instance raw material processing, etc. Meanwhile, enhance technical skills of youngsters for better lifestyle and expectation, in which the desire and capability of consuming at higher end market might become more visible in return.
Eventually, it might be helpful to support consumers with higher value currency in maintaining their lifestyles, while counterparts with lower value currency can extend their lifestyle ranges along with their accumulating disposable incomes. Personally, I assume this is a method/strategy that can be duplicated basing on the Uniqueness of each region. (Please correct me if am wrong)
Btw, while the more intensified business cooperation taking place, the oil or whatever usable energy consumption would go up accordingly. Things/goods need to be transported, right?! Every asset should be well exploited before its expired date.
Anyway, that’s the end of the rumbling of today, Hopefully.
