2. From corporate perspective, if Baidu was doomed to be blamed in this heated topics, the fair point should be the criterial of giant corporate in selecting Right people for positions should be judged by True talents/skills/expertise rather than seemingly potential network resources. Simply put it, there is no guarantee for a resource potential exploitation if you chose the wrong person (him or her).
