Today a friend of mine reached out to me. And it reminded me that I should do that more often too.
As we grow older, we become more and more selfish, and too picky in our friendships. I donβt know if thatβs a good or bad thing. But I know that it prevented me for maintaining several friendships I had.
Donβt go too hard on yourself, try to rest and leave some days from your body to recover π
