I have had luck using milk against powdery mildew. i let some sit overnight & sour, add equal amount of filtered or pond water . I spray on the leaves & soak the soil around the "infected" plant. takes a few applications. then again occasionally prophylacticly.

hey, if you're stacking but haven't traveled the world, do it while you're young. trust me on this one. I wish I could do now half of what I did then. its age, not money that catches up with you. live your life.

But let me say a few more.

20 sentences you need to hear:

1. Get off your ass and go for a walk.

2. Take calls while walking if you have to.

3. Quit looking for shortcuts.

4. Carbs arenโ€™t the enemy, youโ€™re just eating too many calories.

5. If you โ€œdonโ€™t have timeโ€ to lift weights for 3 hours/week, your priorities are out of wack.

6. Avoid ultra-processed foods at all costs.

7. If your diet has a name, itโ€™s a marketing scheme. Not a long term solution.

8. Your doctor's job is to look for disease. It's YOUR job to prevent it.

9. If you donโ€™t have systems youโ€™ll just eat whateverโ€™s convenient. Plan your meals ahead of time.

10. 80% of your grocery list should be lean protein, veggies, and fruits. The other 20%? Foods you enjoy.

11. Cooking healthy food is easier than you think. Grill some meat. Fry some vegetables. Bake a potato. Thereโ€™s 100 variations of this.

12. Exercise is literally an anti-depressant. Sad? Angry? Anxious? Go to the gym.

13. Your family needs you HEALTHY, not just hardworking.

14. Lift weights 3-4 times per week. That's it. The other 165 hours of your week matter more for fat loss than your gym time.

15. Skipping leg day is keeping you weak and deprived of testosterone. Go. Train. Legs.

16. Never sacrifice form for ego lifting. If you canโ€™t lift the weight with proper form, just donโ€™t.

17. Protein isnโ€™t optional. At least 50g per meal, 3 times a day.

18. Food addiction is real. You'll never control your life if you can't control what you eat.

19. The secret to self-control is avoiding environments that require it. Leave bad environments & toxic people.

20. If you try to be perfect you will fail, just be better than yesterday.

no one needs carbs. your body needs glucose. count carbs, not calories.

not everyone is the same. not everyone should eat 150g of protein a day. no one should eat anything 3 x day either. where'd that magic number come from?

lifting is unnecessary. just work your muscles. "no pain no gain" is for morons.

oh, and don't listen to people on the internet. they all talk their own level of shit.

in that case, get them some pliers and tell them it doesn't even matter where they get the teeth.
