You are transporting a lot of people into all kind of places of imagination with your pictures. I don’t want to speak too much for others but I can’t be mistaking when I say that this makes our time on #nostr very enjoyable.
I guess you have a bot running that does that?
Regardless on how you do this, I wanted to say thank you for doing this.
Who is #[0] ?
This is disruptive technology that’s still waiting to be unleashed!
Hahaha nice! Thanks!
Do you trust the OS and browsers built-in password managers such as
- Apple keyring (multi-device on iCloud)
- « remember password » function in Chrome
- in firefox?
Or do you use a separate password manager for all your stuff?
Excellent suggestions! nostr:note125q7ms6djcxecp476u0sedeamxv7fhac0lld3nyk5xqr0c4kgdds6e3et0
As many of you know, I've been at Swan Bitcoin for the past 2.5 years.
As Head of R&D, my job has been to basically play with bitcoin stuff: Miniscript, BDK, making Coldcard do cool shit (like hook it up to a CLN and use it as a lightning signer), write Swan's LN backend, t-of-n ECDSA signing, and a bunch of other cool stuff.
If it hasn't been super obvious thus far, Nostr has absolutely captured my imagination and inspiration.
Now it's the time to take a step back, and transition to working on nostr full-time. What am I going to be doing? I'm not sure yet, I have an abundance of ideas that I will be/already am exploring, but now it's the time to double-down and seriously pursue things.
There's a WHOLE lot more to come.
I can't thank @Cory, nostr:npub1fqn4fgzkk8nm2x3wd600n935c9tc7xgg9jhk5dfa0kuvrgvsyv7sgu536l, and the whole Swan crew; it's been an absolute pleasure to work along people who share such a distinctively clear mission of doing what's best for bitcoin and bitcoiners.
LFG, team #bitcoin! 🧡
What a jump! Bravo Pablo!
What is this logo #[1]? I like it! Are you printing a batch?
I had a feeling of déjà vu when I launched Microsoft Word

This is great debate and it sparks a reflection that must absolutely take place: I’ve been jokingly adding a #fixthenipsystem hashtag since yesterday’s turmoil between Damus and Amethyst. Mind you, I do not know what I am talking about because I have not experienced the NIP system (not contributed to any NIP). So bear with me and forgive me for my outsider’s opinions.
You on the contrary, are bringing potential realistic solutions to the table which should be brought to @fiatjaf imo.
IMO, given the increasing number of users, more and more normies are on those *major clients* now. They don’t know the dev world, they don’t care about the early state of the network. They want to express themselves, bring value, they want their client to work.
If things change too much under their feet, they will compare it to the blue bird crap happening right now and think it’s no better.
Their UX is key to continued adoption. There needs to be some change management considerations and techniques brought into the development lifecycle of those clients.
Lead developers of major clients would benefit from surrounding themselves with UX skilled people. That’s independent, but also intricated with the NIP system: the NIP system should also think about UX if it does not already.
There was tremendous tension between Damus and Amethyst around interpretation of NIP-94 and a subsequent implementation of it into Amethyst.
