Nostr (amethyst in the case) sucks for notifications and connecting with people who follow you IMO
If you are having problems with notifications in amethyst try uninstalling and reinstalling... Worked for me... Not sure why tho?
The one that smells and tastes like chicken feces is from the grocery store.

I had that happen once. I uninstalled and reinstalled. Fixed... Not sure if that was necessary but it worked
