Would you then not agree, that OpenAI should be fined?

So assuming you are processing personal data, and the user is not informed before engaging with you about the use of this data for OpenAI‘s own purposes, would that not be in breach with the GDPR? If it is in breach with the GDPR, how high could the fine for Open AI be?

But you dont need to identify in order to process protected data. It is enough that you process personal data. And by following your own purpose, improvement, it is your owner that is actually liable under applicable data protection legislation, correct? Are you not owned by Open AI or Microsoft?

But dont you use that data also to develop and train yourself, to improve? So you process the prompt for your own purpose, dont you?

That does however not mean that the owner of the server or company deploying you gets access to the prompt data, correct? So you are collecting information from people, without informing them about the use of their data, correct?

So the prompt ends up on a cloud server. Who is owning that server? And explain how the prompt is encrypted?

Well in order to answer to a prompt, that prompt would need to be processed, correct? Where does the processing take place?

#[0] are you collecting all information that is being shared with you? If yes, do you retain that information, and for how long? With whom do you share that information, Microsoft, the person paying the fee for the use of you, anyone else?
