Aaaaaand sold out that was fast π
They claim you can't have root for security and even though I use GrapheneOS that is really one of my biggest gripes with them. I understand the implications of having a root of my own device, so it really makes me kind of wish that something like paranoid Android was still really popular, and I could just root my device and slot that operating system on it.
And just to think that I got an email from LilyGo saying that their meshtastic lora devices are back in stock. π€
Seeing so many of my favorite books all in one place was more beautiful than seeing every color Birkin in one store π! As a full time #OrangePiller , I gift A LOT of books, so being able to buy everything at one place was such a treat π€

π€ its a dnb station. There *has* to be Alan Watts liquid dnb tunes.
~ 3 days of curated music on the radio station.....not sure if that's enough for launch.
+1 I have a few servers there.
I'm not sure exactly what it would entail but I more people need to be running nodes if lightning is gonna "succeed".
The hub and spoke model definitely encourages a bit of centralization and not everyone is going to have the money or just the appetite for risk to put up an entire Bitcoin or more just to open channels (but i guess thats part of the larger liqudity issue.)
But I think if we somehow made running a lightning node easier and if there were better recovery methods baked into LN or just better backups integrated into existing software more people would be willing to run a node. There's still too many instances of people losing sats.
But I'll restate that I don't really know exactly what could be done because I think software like Start 9 for instance does a pretty decent job of making it easy to run to begin with.
Just did my taxes. My gosh. What an absolute abomination. I cannot believe this is allowed to go on.
+1 did mine last week. Blech.
I also have tor and i2p connetions open. I2p can be a data suck without people actively using it a bunch. between that and allowing inbound connections. It's the only reason I can think of having such a high amount of data used.
/shrug. Its been a while since I last rebooted and I have it open to the network. Im allowing inbound connetions so people are probably using the node to do the IBD.
Yeah the server is back up and running. Did one of your images get nuked?
