I honestly don't know what I would change in my Diet. My avoid vegetable oils, I eat a pretty balanced diet of meats and veggies and i shop, as local as possible.
I highly doubt it's diet related. I eat pretty well to begin with. I just live in a place that has extremely high grass pollen. And after living here for 30 years, my body was like, fuck you, you have allergies now.
Yeah, someone literally just zapped me saying that there's surveillance too confuse so mask up. And honestly, that's a really good point. A mask plus my anti-IR glasses makes a good combo.
I feel like a total fucking dork wearing a mask out in public right now, but it does help with my allergies, so I will risk looking like a dork If it means I don't have to slam my body with pharmaceuticals every day.

Current steps:
1. I got him setup with nostr:npub1mutnyacc9uc4t5mmxvpprwsauj5p2qxq95v4a9j0jxl8wnkfvuyque23vg and sent him $10. He used the ecash federation, so cool!
2. But he still doesn’t know how to get his fiat currency. I recommended binance, but I am clueless.
3. Over night he downloads “Bitcoin Wallet” for Android and sends his money in there and it gets stuck because of stupid arbitrary limits of crappy wallets.
4. I’ve had no luck recovering his $10. It’s supposedly in bitcoinJ format, but the seed doesn’t work. That is fine. I’ll get him on a better wallet.
5. TDLR. In the end, what I really need is a bridge from lightning to Pakistan fiat.

The hottest pepper I've ever eaten was called a crazy head chocolate. Straight up had some hardcore ego death associated with that pepper. Didn't even eat the whole thing. It was incredibly flavorful, but just the tip of the pepper destroyed me.
