Seriously curious as I would inherently think that the most frequent issues raised would be the highest priority. The quantity of zaps shouldn't matter it should be the quantity of times each respective issue is brought up.

I sent this to my kids the other day as as they started their first day of school this year:
Remember....be kind to everyone!
Give other kids random compliments and expect nothing in return.
Say "hi" to the kid in the corner or the girl sitting by herself.
You have no idea what others are going through so just assume it's something and maybe by just saying hi, smiling, and acknowledging them it will make them feel some sense of worth and appreciation.
