It would be useful to have on WoS an option to pay an onchain amount with low priority. If this flag is enabled the wallet should batch multiple transactions from different users over a time window and then send this batched transaction with the low priority fee. This could be useful to DCA over LN inside WoS and periodically send a big UTXO to cold storage.
