We for sure need to work on the rate limits that we have in place. NWC payments have a different pattern than manual payments. So protecting wallets is different with NWC.
hehe, all good. we all build this for the future and for much more users...so we all have to learn and get better. That's why I ask feedback.
We all do things that have never been done so far :)
what error did you see? sorry for this, we work hard on NWC - so feedback is important and very welcome to improve.
We're back back but might still see some slow requests. let us know if you run into problems.
Our hosting provider is currently having some issues in one region. We're investigating...

if you have some improvement ideas, please create some issues.
Everyone says “wen Alby mobile?” but no-one says “what’s in Alby mobile?”
Tell us how do you imagine a perfect Alby mobile app!

what was the issue? would be great to hear to improve, do you want to make an issue on Github?
yeah, fiat topups are hard and there is room for improvement.
With the BTC onchain address you already can use all exchanges that you like.
Use https://nwc.getalby.com to manage your NWC app connections to Damus and others.
Our NWC implementation is open source and we focused on making it also easy to self-host. Currently it works with your LND node.
It is extendible and comes with the UI to manage your app connections.
If you have feedback or feature requests, please reach out and open an issue.
It's exciting to read all the comments on NWC for Damus and Amethyst. Those are some amazing apps and the lightning integrations are huge! We're witnessing here the change of online economic relationships!
Thanks to everyone, it's great to be part of this.
We have started on this, but it will still take some time.
If somebody wants to contribute: https://github.com/getAlby/lightning-browser-extension
either way the feature will be added very soon. there is already a PR for it.

Everything is up from this side. From where does your friend try to send?
Actually all systems should be running. What error do you see?
totally. And you want to access one specific account and interact with that? or do you want to allow users to connect their accounts to your app?
a start is: https://getalby.com/developers
but I am happy to help here.
This depends a bit on the app you are building. Is it a web app? or a mobile app?
And for zapping you need a Nostr key to sign the zap.
The alby-tools npm package has some helpers: https://github.com/getAlby/alby-tools/tree/master#zapping-a-ln-address-on-nostr
