#lifegoals: figure out how to start every day like this.

Looking back, it seems prophetic that the intro sequence for Alias -- a show created by J.J. Abrams -- is nothing but text and tons of lens flare everywhere.

In many cases, the telemetry is in place to help the developers make a better product, and to have a data-driven decision making process in place.

nostr:npub1talhn205ax8gwyq2j6jxkafg99l7c2sxu4tglgsd0vp76vctllhqekrdzp I hear you. I think we sort of "compensate" or gradually get accustomed to it, without realizing how bad it's become because it happens in small increments.

nostr:npub176d4qvn5eyaqc4rq0affavwqpfq9khgh8h062dw235q8jdwwgrpsxwx085 For me things gradually got blurry up close. What i didn't realize is they were also degrading at a distance too. I just didn't notice it that much, or I started compensating and "accepting it" instead of doing something about it.

nostr:npub1guz9mnlen6ra3l9l2vru8q3s3gr2e98jqu7sj00acf84end5a6kqu8xmd6 This might be the first time I've seen "middle aged" in direct reference to me, and I need a minute to process this.

I'll get back to you 😢 😂

nostr:npub10ht4m5a8vqvsz04sl33hs2phds05yqrhlxam29dyvygylzktrqksthhvav Such a perfect description for how it feels at first! I just went from 720p to 4K.

nostr:npub18g6fcqf69jma94p787xa206nn3qcza0mfcd78dlt8etdxl4u4mjs5xxw5k You have quite a good friend! I would imagine "cost" is about 1000 times cheaper than the "inflated for insurance" prices. (I'm exaggerating, but you probably get my meaning.)

Thanks for warm welcome!

nostr:npub1euawf5wgeq9k0mwkvns5vl4n9t7cwf0rx6vxpjptdk92duj7mugqpsjcsu Thanks! I kinda splurged since my insurance covered $150 towards frames. They just looked and felt "right."

After 47 years my eyeballs needed some glasses. The sense of relief I feel now is immeasurable. I didn’t realize just how badly I needed them until putting them on and observing the dramatically clearer world around me.

COOL! Just received my first file during internal testing of nostr:npub1gzcxhmdfe2ne3vukxgqydkqlh44g8tdwd99eaa4q9mcr70r62djqp8fsz3 Send! 😃
