If you are still on Twitter then I am hosting a space in a few hours that might interest you. We'll discuss Prime by LNP/BP Association, Abraxas/9th Proof by Adam Borco and zkCoins by Robin Linus

You can't exactly keep your nostr history, but key rotation should be possible in the future, we have a few proposals for it already. What the clients can do is track of your key rotations and show posts from these old npubs in the same timeline.

Didn't mean anything, it was a cleanup of the group DP

Thanks to nostr:npub1gmm2ehusvs35zgh6pq84m8hkj4ea0ygy3c9j2e3slzhjjce3kmns5tdaz2 I am now reading up on n/acc rabbithole.

Interesting to say the least. I feel I am too inexperienced to form an opinion on this topic. Will do more research for sure.

What is your take on this topic, Nostrickhes?

BTW Iet nostr:npub1gmm2ehusvs35zgh6pq84m8hkj4ea0ygy3c9j2e3slzhjjce3kmns5tdaz2 in a #bitcoin meet-up last week 🙂

Even though I focus mostly on Bitcoin and nostr, the e/acc and AI guys are some of the most driven and interesting people I have ever seen online

John Carvalho thinks we will end up recreating Hypercore (or Slashtags more specifically) while trying to solve all the edge cases / problems of Nostr. I think even if we do so, it will be worth it. Learning while developing in public, each decision documented in chats, GitHub issues is very very valuable. There is barely any information on why Hypercore works the way it does. Same is true for most other alternatives.

nostrnests doesn't actually use nostr for the audio part, it uses jamshelf.com so the data usage is usually pretty good.

all other decentralized social or application protocols before nostr made the mistake of trying to appeal to the geniuses. nostr is kinda retarded, it is welcoming of people like me and has a much better DX

i see a similar thing with ecash protocol. i find this analogy useful:

fedimint ≈ hypercore

cashu ≈ nostr
