Whatever gladdens the mind is the scent of my Beloved; whatever enraptures the heart is a ray from my Beloved!

It cannot be that anybody, anywhere is not my very own. I am with you at all times.
#AnandamayeeMa
Your suffering, your pain, your afflictions are my sorrow. This body understands everything.
Ma means one who (fulfills the need) of her children in perfect measure. Because she can assess the children that is why she is mother.
#AnandamayeeMa
As a mortal being you are limited, but as a child of God you are unlimited.
Focus your attention on God, and you shall have all the
power you want, to use in any direction.
#ParamahansaYogananda
Do Not take this life too seriously, it will be gone before you know it.
#ParamahansaYogananda
Someday when religion is practiced not as dogmatic belief but as definite methods of perceiving spiritual truth-the scientists and religionists are going to shake hands and work in common cause for the all-around, advancement of the human race.

Meditation is not about turning off your thoughts (good luck with that), it's about redirecting them. If you catch yourself drifting away 20 times in a 5 minute meditation and you bring yourself back 20 times, that's a successful meditation, not a failure. As long as you stay focused on what you want to focus on and catch the mind when it drifts away, you are meditating. It's called a practice because like any other skill or exercise, the more you work at it, the easier it gets. And when you get good at it during your designated meditation time, you find yourself using it all day long. Just like weight lifting makes you stronger in general, meditation makes you mindful in every area of your life.

When faced with any difficulty of life resolve it by following these four steps: face it. accept it, deal with it, and then let it go.
#MasterShengYen
I am neither this, nor that, but the supreme illuminator of both, pure, devoid of anything inner or outer. I am infinite; verily, I am the non-dual Brahman Supreme Truth
#Adishankaracharya
People try spiritually to achieve realization. The true realization is to achieve a kind heart. Other than that, there is nothing really that is useful. Nothing else

DECISION MAKING
The next time you feel intimidated by the prospect of making a choice and you don't feel anything in your heart one way or the other, just keep quiet, but without waiting for something to appear. You are going to have to bear some discomfort for a bit because something inside will not want to experience that feeling of not knowing. Something wants to go, but just sit with that uneasiness.
Remain as awareness itself. Then, at some point, everything will calm down. A kind of recognition rather than a decision may enter your heart. The way forward may clearly manifest, and you simply move in a certain direction.
#Mooji
It is the Supreme Being which is projecting and portraying itself as the 'T'-consciousness and person.
How amazing that the single T' shines as ego, as presence and as absolute awareness whilst remaining immutable.

But in the end
spirituality is about waking up
from the dream of separateness to the truth of unity. That's what it's about."
