The Guru's Grace (spiritual teacher) is both external and internal. From the outside, he pushes the mind inwards, and from the inside he pulls the mind towards the Self and helps it keep quiet. That is the grace. There is no difference between God, guru and Self. A guru's help is necessary and useful to start you on the inquiry, but you yourself must pursue it.

After the meditation, I was confronted by my guru. On seeing each other we both started laughing hilariously.

Suddenly he pull out a wooden baton and raised it to hit me. So l started running and he followed me with the baton

Now I am still running but know that when he will struct me, we both will be gone and dissolved in the thin air, only the sound of laughter will remain behind.

The five meditating Buddhas

In Tibetan Buddhism, there is the practice of the five meditation Buddhas, also known as the "Five Dhyani Buddhas" or "Five Buddha Families". These five Buddhas represent various aspects of the enlightened mind and are used in meditation and worship to overcome obstacles, develop wisdom, and promote spiritual growth.

The five meditation Buddhas are:

Vairochana (Tibetan: noun): The Buddha of the central paradise, who embodies wisdom and purity. He represents enlightened oneness consciousness and spiritual teacher. Vairochana is associated with the color white, which symbolizes purity, clarity and enlightenment. Dharmachakra Mudra (spinning the wheel of dharma gesture).

Akshobhya (Tibetan: Mitupa): The Buddha of the Eastern Paradise, symbolizing equality and self-discipline. Akshobhya is associated with the colour blue. Bhumisparsha Mudra (touching the earth) Ego-dissolving, fitting into the grand order of life.

Amitabha (Tibetan: Opame): The Buddha of the Western Paradise, symbolizing love and compassion. In Tibetan Buddhism he is associated with the color red. He is often depicted as the Golden Buddha. The color red indicates his all-round love and the color gold indicates his inner happiness and living in the light. Dhyana Mudra (Gestures of meditation).

Amoghasiddhi (Tibetan: Mikyรถ Dorje): The Buddha of the northern paradise, representing completion and success. He has the color green. Abhaya Mudra (Blessing Hand).

Ratnasambhava (Tibetan: Rinchen Jungney): The Buddha of the southern paradise, who embodies giving, abundance and generosity. He is the color yellow, for inner happiness. Varada Mudra (acture of generosity and giving, two hands open forward).

Here is a meditation on the five meditation Buddhas of Tibetan Buddhism for strength, peace, love. Happiness and blessings to receive:

Put yourself in an upright position. Gently close your eyes and take a deep breath in and out to center yourself.

Imagine the white buddha vairochana manifesting himself before you. He lives in the oneness of the cosmos and in its illumination energy. He's the white haired master. Feel His presence around you and open your heart to receive His wisdom. What is your path of truth, wisdom and righteousness today? What feels right to you. Pray to the enlightened masters: โ€œOm all enlightened masters. On inner wisdom. I ask for guidance and help on my way."

Continue with Akshobhya in blue. One hand points to the Earth in meditation. He embodies modesty, humility, contentment and poise. Also, reach out to the earth, connect with the earth (nature, the cosmos) and think, "I accept things as they are." I let go of my desires. I'm flowing freely with life. โ€œ

The Buddha Amitabha is red and sometimes gold in Tibetan Buddhism. His hands in lap meditating posture. He goes his way with strength and self-discipline and creates happiness in himself through meditation. He lives in the light, has the light in him and gives light to all people who meditate on him. Visualize light within, circle with the light within, think the mantra "light" and fill yourself with light. Heal all the sick areas in you with light. Keep thinking the mantra "light" and let the light circulate around you and throughout the cosmos. Fill the whole cosmos with light until you become one with the cosmos.

Green Buddha Amoghasiddhi has a blessing hand. He is the Buddha of love Move blessing hands and send light to your friends. Think the mantra: "May all beings be happy. May there be a happy world. โ€œ

The Buddha Ratnasambhava in a yellow aura of light with the gesture of giving lives in abundance. He has the illumination in himself and passes it on to his fellow men. He transmits his energy of illumination to you Visualize yourself as enlightened and feel the qualities of calmness, love and happiness within you. Chant the mantra "Om Enlightenment" until you attain peace within.

Meditation: Stop all thoughts. Take it easy. Linger in meditation for as long as you like. Feel the qualities of the five Buddhas within you. Peace, strength, love, happiness and unity. Feeling relaxed and good.

Conclusion: Move your hands and feet and slowly come back.

"To love is human. To feel pain is human.

But to love despite the pain is to be an angel." #Rumi.

Let's be angels! There is much need in this world of lights and shadows, of essences and appearances, of angels and demons.

Choose to be an angel and love everything and everyone despite everything because that is your essence and what you came to contribute to this world. There are already too many people who do wrong. Let's spread our wings like never before and fly, my hearts!

"Perhaps the deepest reason why we are afraid of death is because we do not know who we are. We believe in a personal, unique, and separate identity - but if we dare to examine it, we find that this identity depends entirely on an endless collection of things to prop it up: our name, our

"biography," our partners, family, home, job, friends, credit cards... It is on their fragile and transient support that we rely for our security. So when they are all taken away, will we have any idea of who we really are?

Without our familiar props, we are faced with just ourselves, a person we do not know, an unnerving stranger with whom we have been living all the time but we never really wanted to meet. Isn't that why we have tried to fill every moment of time with noise and activity, however boring or trivial, to ensure that we are never left in silence with this stranger on our own?"

God offers you an invincible weapon by which you can eradicate all your sorrows and suffering: wisdom which comes through God-communion.

The easiest way to overcome disease, disappointments, and disasters is to be in constant communion with God.

"God is the electricity, and

human beings are the light bulbs. The bulbs may be infinitely varied in shape, color, and brightness.

The actual power with which they shine, however, is the same for all.... Never forget the true Source of power in yourself, and in all that you see around you."
