Prajapati then meditated on those three syllables:
BHUH, BHUVA and SVAH.
And from these sounds emerged OM. Just as all leaves grow from a stalk, all speech, all words come from OM. All this is Omkara, verily, all this is Omkara.
All is one Ellam Ondre

The ego makes you aware of others
and in its absence there are no others to be seen.
The Self
is beyond the ego and is realised after the ego is eliminated.
The elimination of the ego makes one unaware of others.

It all disappeared - myself, my guru, the life I lived, the world around me. Only peace remained, unfathomable silence.

If ego comes into existence, everything comes into existence; if ego does not exist, everything does not exist.
Ego itself is everything.
Therefore, know that investigating what this is alone is giving up everything.

The cosmos is our home, and we can touch it by being aware of our body. Meditation is to be still: to sit still, to stand still, and to walk with stillness. Meditation means to look deeply, to touch deeply so we can realize we are already home. Our home is available right here and now.

The greatest challenge lies in looking at oneself; sitting alone by oneself.
