Give your attention to the experience of seeing rather than to the object seen and you will find yourself everywhere.

You don't awaken, what has eternally been awake realizes itself.
That which is eternally awake is what you are.

When you are grasping at any side of duality, even the
"good side" of duality-happiness, peace, joy— you're going to bring the other side along with you.

As long as you find something beautiful, good, and true to believe in and abide by, you have the equivalent
of God
in your life.

In Buddhism, we are told that we all have buddha-nature.
The Quakers believe that we all have God within us.
Tremendous! That means we are something special.
But it doesn't mean we should be arrogant.
Being special means that we should be kind.
We should be humble.
We should serve others.

You are not to do anything to be happy.
In fact you have done too much to become unhappy. If you want to be unhappy, do too much. If you want to be happy, allow things, allow things to be. Rest, relax, and be in a letgo. Let Go is the secret of life. when you are in a let-go, many things, millions of things, start happening. They were already happening but you were never aware. #osho
There is no other way
to reach enlightenment than by recognizing buddha-nature and attaining stability in it.
The buddhas of the past did that, and the present-day practitioners who will be the buddhas of the future will do so by recognizing their own nature and attaining stability in it.
There is no other way.
Nobody else can
accomplish enlightenment for us or pull us into liberation.
It is completely up to ourselves.

THE DIAMOND SUTRA
"When immeasurable, countless, infinite numbers of sentient beings have been liberated, in reality, no sentient beings have been liberated.
Why is this so?
If bodhisattvas abide in the notions of a self, a person, a sentient being, or a life span, they are not bodhisattvas.
All conditioned phenomena are like a dream, an illusion, a bubble, a shadow, like dew or a flash of lightning.
Thus we shall perceive.

Do not dwell in the past
Do not dream of the future concentrate the mind on the present moment
The #Buddha
Meditate. Live purely.
Be quiet. Do your work with mastery. Like the moon, come out from behind the clouds!
Shine.

When the #Buddha talked about meditation he talked about deepening the practice of letting go. Anyone who has practiced meditation will know that there are many obstacles to quiet the mind. And those obstacles are only overcome through this aspect, or this movement of the mind, that we call letting go.
All the cravings and desires come from a sense of 'self' trying to control the world, trying to manipulate the world in order to seek illusory happiness that it thinks it can manufacture and keep. It's the basic delusion of human beings and of all other beings in the Cosmos.
All beings think they can manufacture, attain and keep happiness. All beings tend to reach out for happiness, but it's always just a little bit ahead of them. We hang on the hope that one day we may be able to find this illusive happiness 'out there' somewhere.
That is the illusion that keeps the mind thinking, keeps the mind planning. We keep going out into the world, rather than stopping the mind thinking, calming the mind and keeping it here inside.
The Buddha and the Bamboo Acrobats
One day, the Buddha shared a story with his disciples about two acrobats—a master and his apprentice. The two performed balancing acts using a tall bamboo pole. The master would balance the pole on his head while the apprentice climbed to the top and performed tricks.
The master said to his apprentice, “You must watch me carefully and make sure I don’t fall, and I will do the same for you. If we protect each other, we will both be safe, and our performance will succeed.”
The apprentice, however, replied, “Master, I think it’s better if I focus on my own balance and tricks while you focus on your own balance and the pole. That way, we can both stay steady and succeed in our act.”
The Buddha then explained to his disciples, “Just as the apprentice wisely suggested, in life, you should first take care of yourself—your actions, thoughts, and mindfulness. By doing so, you create a foundation of balance and clarity, which allows you to help others effectively. When you practice self-awareness and self-care, you are better equipped to bring harmony to those around you.”
This story teaches the importance of self-care and mindfulness as a foundation for supporting and helping others. It reminds us that by cultivating inner balance, we can positively impact the world.
